KNX Modbus Gateway TCP secure
With the KNX Modbus Gateway TCP Secure, you can integrate Modbus TCP devices safely and in an very space-saving way (just 1 module width) into your KNX system. Up to five Modbus slaves — such as PV systems, wallboxes or heating systems — can be reliably connected. Power is conveniently supplied via the KNX bus, while LEDs and push-buttons provide easy status monitoring and operation directly on the device. In the ETS, you can flexibly configure up to 250 data points, supported by an integrated test environment for quick commissioning. Ideally combined with YOUVI visualisation — for smart automation and efficient energy management.
With the PEAKnx KNX Modbus Gateway TCP Secure, you can securely and effortlessly integrate Modbus TCP devices into your KNX smart home. This compact gateway, only 1 standard module wide, connects KNX TP with Modbus TCP, enabling smooth communication between your KNX installation and up to five Modbus slave devices.
Whether for PV systems, EV chargers, or heating systems, the gateway offers a wide range of possibilities for integrating common Modbus devices into your KNX system. Power is conveniently supplied via the KNX bus, while two buttons and three LEDs allow for local operation and rapid status checks directly at the device.
Thanks to the configuration toll in ETS, up to 250 data points can be flexibly configured. An integrated test environment simplifies commissioning directly in ETS. Exporting and importing ready-to-use configuration files is straightforward. Suitable configuration files for many common Modbus devices are available in our download area, continually expanded with new device profiles to further simplify setup.
Combined with the YOUVI visualisation, routines can be clearly displayed, automated, and optimised using the Logic Module – for intelligent energy management and greater day-to-day efficiency.
Made in Germany and fully compatible with YOUVI: the PEAKnx KNX Modbus Gateway TCP Secure is the ideal addition for every modern KNX installation.

Modbus meets KNX – compact, secure, efficient.
With the PEAKnx KNX Modbus Gateway TCP Secure, you easily integrate Modbus TCP devices into your KNX system – ideal for photovoltaic installations, EV charging stations, or heating systems. Thanks to KNX Secure, bus power supply, and intuitive ETS configuration, you are perfectly equipped for a modern, energy-efficient smart home.
Reliable communication
The PEAKnx KNX Modbus Gateway TCP Secure ensures stable and secure communication between KNX TP and Modbus TCP – without additional software. Whether used as a Modbus master with up to five slave devices or as a slave itself, the gateway flexibly adapts to your project needs.
Communication is reliably protected with KNX Secure. Power is supplied directly via the KNX bus, saving space and simplifying installation in the control cabinet. Two buttons and three LEDs on the device enable easy operation and quick on-site status checks.
