The Gira Smart Home app and the QuadClient are not designed for gesture control, which means that the long press function to fully open or close blinds/roller shutters usually does not work. When using the Gira Ssart home app, it is therefore necessary to navigate to the full-screen display of the widget in order to fully open or close the blind.

When using the Gira Quad Client, omit right-clicking in order to use the long press function. This is generally no longer used once everything has been installed. You can deactivate the right-click under "Pen and touch" in the Control Panel.

This is how it's done:
To deactivate the right-click function, first open the control panel. You can easily access it via the search function in the task bar. To do this, click on the magnifying glass symbol, enter "Control Panel" using a keyboard or the on-screen keyboard and click on the result. In the Control Panel, change the view to "Small Icons" using the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner. Now click on the menu item "Pen and Touch". Select "Right-click" in the list and click on "Settings". Remove the check mark at "Enable press and hold for right-clicking" to deactivate the right-click and save the setting with "OK".
